Willem has worked closely with chefs, kitchen managers, procurement teams and operators across hospitality, aged care, education and institutional environments. His background spans fresh produce, cooking oils, waste systems, ordering platforms and operational tools, giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how commercial kitchens really function behind the scenes.

 

More importantly, Willem understands the pressure kitchens operate under every day, tight margins, time constraints, compliance requirements and the constant need for consistency. He knows where inefficiencies creep in, where money is wasted, and which suppliers actually perform when it matters.
